SEO for New Store that has Migrated from Magento with SEO to Shopify

I am looking for an SEO App that will integrate with my current product list as SEO was  already configured and migrated from Magento.  

However, I am wanting to have SEO optimization without having to redo all products again on a new list with a new SEO app.
