Separating Cost per item and Shipping Cost

Hello

Does anyone know of an app that I can link to my store products that separates the cost per item, shipping costs, vat and adds them all for the total cost for me?

My suppliers add VAT to the cost per item and shipping to get the total amount. Shopify only allow one field - Cost per item. I need to be able to change the total price (for the customers) if the shipping cost changes for example. At the moment if the shipping cost changes I would need to manually change every single product cost myself.
