I have a dropshipping store with more than 10 suppliers. When a customer orders 7 products from 3 different suppliers, how can I apply the delivery fee three times for the order and basically generate 3 separate orders?

By default, Shopify creates a single order per checkout, so it doesn't automatically split orders by supplier or apply delivery fees per supplier.
To achieve what you’re describing, you’ll need an app that can:

Advanced Shipping Rules (for shipping logic based on vendors/tags)
These apps let you:
Additionally make sure your products are tagged or categorized by supplier so the app can split them correctly.

However, this is something which is not possible without App's. You need to use external apps for this.
