Hello,
I’m looking for a solution to manage multiple cash on delivery (COD) payment methods. Specifically, I’d like to offer customers two options:
Each payment option requires a different shipping company. Additionally, I need to apply an extra fee exclusively for COD orders, with the fee varying based on the selected payment method.
I’ve looked into several apps, but it seems that most of them only support a single COD setup and don’t allow for adding a second COD option. Is there an app or a way to achieve this in Shopify? Any recommendations or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

We are using the Shopify standard plan, not Plus. I haven’t found a solution yet, but I spoke with the developers of the Releasit Cash On Delivery app, and they mentioned they could resolve this issue for us. They provided the following response:
"We will send you an access request to your store and configure this once the developer is available. He will add two payment methods in the database for your store, and they will be connected to your native Shopify payment method."
From what I understand, they will create a custom solution for us by adding a second COD payment option to the system, which normally allows only one COD payment method.
I believe this will resolve our issue; we'll wait and see. I wanted to share this for others who might be looking for a similar solution.

Update: The Relasit developers tried, but they couldn’t solve the issue. From what I understand, it’s not possible to add two COD (Cash on Delivery) options simultaneously in the Shopify system, and it cannot apply the extra fee. The response from Relasit is as follows, and I’d appreciate any solution suggestions:
'Unfortunately, after multiple attempts using a familiar method, we regret to inform you that we have been unable to get the second method to work with our app. You will have to find another app for this purpose.'"

If you were on Shopify Plus, this can be easily resolved by creating custom checkout logic. Unfortunately, since that’s not the case, here are some alternative options to consider:
1. You can go for Custom COD App development tailored to your needs.
