Set WebPixel scopes with the Shopify GraphQL app

Does anyone know of a way to set scopes for the Shopify GraphQL app that aren't displayed on the installer page (https://shopify-graphiql-app.shopifycloud.com/login)?

I'm trying to add the `read_pixels` and `write_pixels` scopes for the app, but they're not on the page.
Furthermore, I've tried to build the install URL manual which does prompt the authorise screen to appear, however, the app is still returning the following error:

Access denied for webPixel field. Required access: `read_pixels` access scope.
