Setting a Budget For Customers

Question - I am creating an apparel website, but I am also having a "page" on my apparel site that is strictly for a business that I partnered with that is buying my merch. This business has multiple locations. I was wondering if I could set up each location as a customer and pre load a dollar amount in their account that they have for spending each quarter?

Thanks in advance!

You can absolutely set each location up as its own customer account, then preload spending power via gift cards (they act like store credit).

Just create a customer for each location, go to Products > Gift cards**, generate a card for their quarterly budget, and email the code to them. They’ll redeem it at checkout until it runs out.

If you want that budget to auto-reload each quarter, check out lightweight apps like Store Credit & Loyalty or Wholesale Club—they’ll handle renewals and balances for you.

If this fixed your issue, a like and marking it solved will mean a lot to me.

Hi, there

Create Separate Customers accounts for Each Location.Ensure each account has a unique email address and contact information.
Configure Quarterly Store Credit via Shopify Flow. Use Shopify Flow to automate the process of issuing preloaded store credits (prepaid amounts) to each customer account on a quarterly basis
Or if select plus plan. you also could create a company which has multiple locations. and assign staff to every location.
