Setting up to run with fulfillment vendor

There has to be better way than I am doing things. I am hoping this community can help. Currently one of the collections in my store is fulfilled by a 3rd party vendor. They have their clickship account installed in my shop. It works but the issue is payment. It is big money crossing hands. Most of which is theirs. I take a much smaller percentage. But I’m having to just pay them bulk transfers before I even get paid from shopify. In the tens of thousands of dollars. Maybe there’s a way that the order money from sales on those collections just go to them and they pay me later which I’m fine with. The issue is also that my store is in USD and I pay them in CDN and have to pay tax that I don’t get from the sales on my end. I’d honestly just rather the sales go to them in its entirety. Is there some way to sync products from 2 stores where the money goes to them? Because as far as I know I can’t add a second bank account and just send money from certain product sales there. I know it’s confusing. I hope this made some sort of sense

If the customer buys from your store, then the money goes to your bank account.

If you want the money to go directly to your vendor, you would need to setup a 2nd store and link to their bank account, though I don't think that's a good idea and they probably won't either.

A solution for taxes is to pass that on to the customer. Here's a guide from Shopify: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/taxes/registration/setup

Good luck, hope that helps.
