Share customer reviews across multiple platforms

I'd like to take a Google customer review and share/copy that to my website - or vice versa. Even better, I'd like to share customer reviews w/other social media platforms like Facebook, IG, Yelp, etc.

Does such an app exist? I searched but w/o any luck.
