Sharing with customers the impact of their purchases

Hi, I´ve been searching the best way to share with my customers some key data about their purchase activity. Currently we have different vendors who have some production methods and they have benefits around it, such as the amount of water, the care of soil, and more, so I wonder what kind of app or element I could use, as Today I do that manually by looking at every purchase order, see what vendors were involved and a copy / paste process to personalise cards where this is communicated. The communication can be automated, but the challenging part is automating the connection between purchases and vendor identification. Are these vendors categorized or tagged with descriptions that can be automatically retrieved? This way, you can automate card creation, and a human can review it for any obvious errors.

Thanks, so far there are no tags assigned to vendors, but I guess that is possible, I wonder how I can get it done. Thanks
