Shipping App or Shopify change

Currently we're drop shipping and have multiple vendors. Most of the time, one order has more than 1 vendor/supplier we use.

I'd like an app or if shopify can create this:

1. You go to the order  and an option to have multiple tracking numbers or one tracking number for entire order.

2. If you chose the multiple tracking numbers, you should be allowed to select which item in the order was shipped.

3. Then the app or shopify will notify the customer of the new updated tracking number once saved.
