Shipping app recommendations for large and small packages

For shipping purposes, we sell two products.  One is 6oz and the other is 12oz.  If someone buys one 6oz item it ships in a small poly mailer.  If they buy 20, it ships in a box.

Shopify shipping only lets me assign one package size, which is ridiculous.  I am looking for an app that will recognize that 20 items will ship in a 15x15x15 box and 1 item will ship in a poly bag.   

We offer free economy shipping but charge for 2nd Day Air.  The size of the package makes a bigger difference than the weight.

Does this exist?

The application allows you to set up box sizes, say large box 15x15x15 & medium 10x10x10, automatically recognizing which box will perfectly fit the products in the cart. Once done it displays the shipping cost accordingly.

Moreover, some carriers also offer flat-rate boxes and poly mailers that cost much less to ship. The application also supports these boxes for carriers like FedEx & USPS. So you can explore the carrier boxes and choose which one fits your business requirements.
