Shipping App Recommendations for specific situation

Hello,

I wanted to see if anyone could give me an App suggestion for my situation.  Currently I have a set of randomly shaped boxes to sell all the different products that we make, I know how much it costs to send one of these boxes to each specific state.  I need an app that can deduce the products that ship within the same box and set a flat rate based on the box that those products are shipping in.  I've been using boxify which does the packing into a box portion of the calculation but is pretty limited when it comes to shipping rules.  I had a couple of different profiles set up in shopify for each individual box but when multiple products are added together it is charging that profiles specific rates for each individual product despite the fact that they are all shipping in the same box.  This makes something that normally ships for $18 suddenly spike to $35. 

If anyone has any recommendations for an App that can help me out here that would be greatly appreciated, I've been banging my head against a shipping rate wall for a few days now trying to get it right.

If you create multiple shipping profiles, the shipping rates will be combined; there is no workaround for this.

You may create a single shipping profile and offer approximate shipping rates at checkout based on weight-based ranges.

You may adjust the weight of each product based on the size of the box.  Again, this is a way to offer an approximate rate at checkout and not an accurate one.
