Shipping Calculator for Orders that have products shipping from multiple Origin Zip Codes

We have orders that include products coming from different warehouses. 

Example Order:

Product A shipping from zip code 12345

Product B shipping from zip code 94567

Product C shipping from zip code 46274

Our products have the origin zip code and weight in the product record.

Does anyone know of a shipping app that can handle this scenario?

We can help you with our app JsRates (https://apps.shopify.com/jsrates-shipping-rates). JsRates is designed for custom complex shipping rates. For this type for scenario, your store needs to have the third-party carrier calculated shipping (CCS) feature enabled. CCS is a feature provided by Shopify and it is required to display "calculated" shipping rates at checkout. CCS is not available on Basic Shopify plan (available on Shopify plan with additional fees - and available on higher plans by default).

You can try the ShipHero Inventory & Shipping app. It supports split shipping and helps manage orders across multiple warehouses.
