Shipping methods ids rest api and extension checkout ui

Hello,
I want to identify shipping methods from Rest API to checkout extension UI.
I see that shipping method on front has "handle" identifier, but on Rest API nothing like this exists. I saw that shippingZones has rates which correspond to shipping methods on front.

Is there any option to link shipping method from frontend to API Rest call?
