Shipping Price Based on Number of Products Ordered?

Hello,

We have shipping table which I attached with custom pricing. After 100 qty every 100 qty we want to add additional automatically.

For example if a customer orders 200-300 qty it would be additional $125 and so on.

Is there an app for this?? Thanks!
