I took a look at your store using the link you shared here and I can confirm that I'm unable to see your main menu in the header there.
Would you have gotten in touch with Shogun yet for support with this?
As with all third-party apps in our store, you can reach out to the developers directly with any support queries you have by clicking on 'get support' next to the name of that app in the Apps menu in your Shopify admin, or by using the contact details listed there on the app store page.
While we can't provide support for apps like this or any changes they may have made to your store's theme from here, you can see how to revert changes made to your theme's .liquid files here on our help site.
