Is there any way to hide the chat on mobile devices or trigger the chat when clicked on menu item?

Hi!

I assume you would like to create this option because the "bubble" is slightly large on mobile devices.

However, I do not think there is a option for that at the moment.

Correct , as it is covering to much. If there is no solution for this then i will have to look
