App reviews, troubleshooting, and recommendations
Our store has been active on the Shop channel for over 2 years, we've never had any issues and have over 400+ 5 star reviews on it, it's an important channel for our business and all of a sudden last week it was deactivated with no explanation. When I click on the 'Shop' channel in the Shopify dashboard it shows all 8/8 steps are completed but it says to contact support which we have, multiple times. They've told us they've escalated the issue but we still have yet to receive any update - it's been 8 days now. We are losing a lot of revenue by this channel being down, we need to get this fixed immediately. We are small business and suffering because of this.
Thanks Carolina, I checked there as well but nothing. It says all requirements are met but something else is preventing us from shopping. Our business is hurting with this channel down. Hoping someone from Shopify can lend some support quickly. Appreciate your response.
