Shop Pay & Shopify Checkout Validation Conflict

Problem Description

                  I'm facing a problem. actually i have added validation at checkout UI extension using react. i have added validation of not changing country what is selected from storefront using useBuyerJourneyIntercept . & i added Shop Pay  at my checkout. when i came and trying follow buyer journey via shopify checkout to Shop Pay second time to shop again. i have encountered in a very strange situation of unable to change any of the checkout fields. since it is obvious i added validation of not changing country but other fields on second time shopping also cannot be able to change after session saved.

as you can see in the image. im unable to change default address saved by session. after second attempt to do shopping. via shop pay. since validation is applied on country field only. but when session wrapped it. same validation is unintentionally applied all over the fields. its a pure bug. how to solve this ??
