I am trying to get my shop pay active and it stating that it not approved. Please advise.

You may need to double check your email address for an email from Affirm, which will provide further information on your Shop Pay Installments application. Please ensure you're checking your inbox, spam, junk folder etc and that you're using the email address you've used for Shop Pay.
