I am trying to get my shop pay active and it stating that it not approved. Please advise.

To gather a bit more insight here, were you able to follow the steps within our help resource Activate Shop Pay to ensure it's enabled correctly? Could you describe what issues you're experiencing when trying to set up Shop Pay?

 

If you're referring to Shop Pay Installments, I'll share this Shop Pay Installments Help center resource for more detailed information. You may need to double check your email address for an email from Affirm, which will provide further information on your Shop Pay Installments application. Please ensure you're checking your inbox, spam, junk folder etc and that you're using the email address you've used for Shop Pay.
