Shop Review

I’ve connected the Facebook and Instagram app for the purpose of generating sales through social media channels. The account still says that it’s under review and it’s been well over 4 weeks. No communication or contact from Shopify regarding the delay. Is there something I am missing? Here is the message that it states today.

Before you can start selling, we need to make sure your shop and website comply with our terms, including our Commerce Eligibility Requirements. Our full review process can take up to four weeks

Your shop is in review. You’ll need to wait until it’s approved before making any changes to your business assets.
