App reviews, troubleshooting, and recommendations
I’ve connected the Facebook and Instagram app for the purpose of generating sales through social media channels. The account still says that it’s under review and it’s been well over 4 weeks. No communication or contact from Shopify regarding the delay. Is there something I am missing? Here is the message that it states today.
