Shopacado Discount App Not Working Correctly...

This app displays discount on product pages and in cart but does not work at checkout, so the customers are not receiving discounts. The app support told me they know the issue but they will not make the required changes and I have no idea how to do this at all. They just tell me to try using a developer, but no developers I have spoken to understand what is required.

They have told me the 'Event Listeners' need removing and have shown me a screenshot. 

Does anyone have the slightest of ideas how I can achieve this as I really need this app to work. I've tried other but it's not ideal for us like this one.

Hi Key-Library,

I'm pretty sure the Shopacado app relies on draft orders (which have their own separate checkout), which is why it's not displaying in your normal checkout, and would require a complex "Event Listeners" setup.

It could be hard to find a developer who has a experience with a specific 3rd party app.

Instead, try our app, Regios Automatic Discounts (4.8 stars, Built for Shopify).

It can apply automatic volume discounts in on product pages, in the cart, and at checkout (the normal checkout - it doesn't rely on draft orders).

And you won't need any custom coding or "Event Listeners" to get going.

Hello Tobe, coming away from Shopacado would be ideal and I have tried 4-5 different apps but they have not worked in the way that shopacado has done for us, which was always really good. Can we have a chat via some kind of messenger about this? As I’d really like to get it as close as we are with Shopacado as possible and do the move. Please let me know.

Hi @Key-Library If you are still looking for a solution to this, you can try using the Discount Depot App. It offers volume discounts on the product page, cart page, cart drawer and at checkout.
