Hello,
We've updated our app to the the supported version of the Admin API (2022-10), yet our customers are seeing an "Out of date" warning for our app.
Yet when I log into the Partner Dashboard, the app does not say this, it says "Fix by Oct 1". This makes sense, since we've upgraded to 2022-10 and we have until October to upgrade again:
It's been over a week since we've upgraded from 2022-07 yet merchants are still seeing this error message.
I've also submitted a Partner support request over a week ago and no actual person response yet.
How long does it take to update the API health for our app? This seems like perhaps there's an issue with our API health report updating properly.
