Shopify App Devs - What challenges do you face?

Hey everyone, I recently put together a list of challenges I faced while building a Shopify app, and was wondering if anyone else ran into the same ones:

• Auth issues with App Bridge
• Post purchase UI extensions - having to hard-code and manually switch the URL to my backend, depending on whether I'm in dev or prod
• Billing API - No straightforward way to get the start and end date of this user's current billing month
• Billing API - Getting the trial start date works differently on dev stores vs prod
• Customers API - on dev stores, a customer's order count is always 0, making it difficult to test features that differentiate between first-time vs repeat customers

There are probably others, but I can't remember them off the top of my head at this moment.
