Shopify App Extension Not Showing on Thank You Page After Installation

Hey Shopify Community,

I recently developed a Shopify App Extension that adds a custom button to the Thank You Page. It was working perfectly on my development store, but after building and installing it on a merchant store, there is no block available to add on the Thank You Page.

What I Did:

• Created an App Extension using the Shopify Checkout UI Extensions API.
• Successfully tested it on my development store—the button appeared on the Thank You Page as expected.
• Built the app and installed it on a different Shopify store.
• The extension does not show up in the Thank You Page settings (no block to add).

Question:

What could be causing this issue? Is there something I might be missing that prevents the extension block from appearing on the Thank You Page in other stores? Any help or insights would be greatly appreciated!
