Shopify app - Redirect from Approve subscription page of Shopify

I have an app ( not embedded app on Shopify admin) and user can config modules on it . Current flow is that when user config a rule on my app , and click "subscribe" button on that page  , it will navigate to "App subscription page" of Shopify on the same tab . But I have an idea of improving user journey on my app is that when they hit "subscribe" button , it will open "App subscription page" in another tab to approve . The question is : Does Shopify support that when user approve app subscription , the tab will automatically close and only display app configuration tab with latest plan updated?
