To set some expectations, we're unable to authenticate users here in the Community, meaning that we can't chat about specific accounts, or any account details. I just wanted to make sure I included that information before continuing.
In order to get some support regarding your application, you're going to want to connect with our Partner Support team. If you login to your Partner Dashboard, you should be able to connect with the Support Team from there.
Additionally, if you've received any emails from our Partner's Team regarding your app, you can reply to those emails directly, as that will also get you in touch with our team regarding your app.
I strongly recommend that you take advantage of these options as soon as you can so you can work on getting your app listed. I hope you find this information helpful!
