Try clearing yourCacheand Cookies.
Try accessing the shop from an Incognito Tab.
Try using Another Browser (i.e Chrome, Safari, Firefox etc).
Make sure your device isUp To Date.
Try accessing using a different cellular network (i.e not connected to wifi).
