Shopify app subscription fee cancellation

I download Filey app to export and upload files to my store, but got to know that upload feature is not free. I then proceded with pro version but then instantly deleted the app(assuming that it will cancel the subscription too) once i saw that i will charge me bill. 

But now shopify is charging me $4.99 for it and 1 dollar for the plan.

How to resolve this issue?

I reinstalled the app on same store but it all started as.fresh. that the plan was not pro but it was free and i would have to buy pro again but thars not what i am lookimg for.

When it comes to app fees and charges, you want to connect with Filey - Files Backup & Export directly. As it is considered to be a third-party app, their support team will be able to review those charges and answer any other questions that you may have.
