Shopify apps and wholesale 2b

Hey team I have been searching and emailing both Shopify and Wholesale 2b without much success. Is there a chat direct option for Shopify?

can anyone tell me if wholesale  2b is a 3rd party or custom app or part of the Shopify system? I need to close my 2 stores due to issues with PayPal so want to deactivate but don’t want to get stuck with ongoing fees while I sort things out.

its also telling me I can’t log in via safari yet that’s where I created the account!
