I can certainly help you with this! If your intention is to cancel subscription and you're being met with a reactivation screen asking you to pay an outstanding invoice, the account is already in a frozen state. A frozen state is essentially the same thing as a cancelled subscription. If you wanted to cancel the account anyways, you wouldn't need to take any further action. With that being said, if you wanted to access or use the account down the road, you'd need to pay the outstanding invoice. Hope this helps!
