Shopify Billing issue

My Shopify bill hasn't been modified yet after receiving a refund approval from a certain (third party) app that i am using in my store.

I was helped via email by a shopify support representative - which was very helpful and a really quick fix to any issue with a third party app.

How do I contact someone regarding this issue, this new way of seeking support is very confusing.
