I just setup come bundles for my products. This is really important for inventory tracking for me as some of my parts come in different colors and require 2 'parts' for the item to be complete.
The issue I'm having is I've published the individual items to all my sales channels, Shopify, Google, Youtube, Facebook, and Instagram. But when I go to publish the Bundle, I can't publish to any external channel. Only Shopify and Shopify Inbox.
This complete defeats the purpose of bundles for me. Any help on this, or do I need a different bundle app?
Found an article from Shopify that states external channels aren't available.
Any recommendations of bundle apps? I want one that will display the bundles the same way as my store, so the pages stay consistent.
Shopify bundles does almost everything exactly the way I want it to, except that I can't publish to Google or Facebook.
The Shopify bundles app is using the latest Shopify bundle feature, which cannot support channels other than the online store. Other apps using the same Shopify bundles feature are subjected to the same limitations.
Hi @trucranems
I have just stumbled across the same problem.
Have you found a workaround or an alternative that allows it?
I found the bundle app Rebolt which works. It’s not as clean as the Shopify bundle app but it works.
We had the same issue, spent hours setting it up and then realised they aren't available on all sales channels. After an extensive research we ended up with this app https://apps.shopify.com/bundles The support is great and features like bulk CSV upload made it easy for us to overcome slow bundle creation.
The bundles app does not allow you to sell on any other sales channel other than the online store, which is useless if you can't advertise your products on Google and Meta.
Hi @trucranems I have the same problem. Thank you so much for posting your solution. I am not sure how the Rebolt app works when none of the other bundle apps allow you to sell on Google, Facebook and Tiktok but I am excited to test it out. It took me two hours to find your post...fingers crossed I sure hope it works.
The Rebolt app isn't perfect, but it's a lot of the other solutions which wanted a percentage of all sales, which when selling car parts, would be crazy expensive.
The big issue with Rebolt is you have to offer a discount. It'll then build a unique discount code every time the bundle gets added to cart.
It works by taking an existing listing and adding selection options to it. It's not at clean as shopify bundles.
This is how it looks once setup:

One thing I did have to do was built a custom product page, which didn't have the default add to cart button, otherwise there will be 2 add to cart buttons. The plugin gives explains how you can do it, I took it one step further and just made a completely new product page that these products fall under, and removed the quantity section too.
Hi @trucranems,
I understand your issue. Unfortunately, bundles created through Shopify Bundles are not compatible with external third-party sales channels. We have encountered many merchants with the same problem, which is why we developed our own bundles app called Profit Bundles. With Profit Bundles, the bundles you create are compatible with all sales channels. Please take a look at the app.
