Shopify Bundle Inventory

With the Shopify - Bundle App, I am unable to see my inventory even though it has been updated on the bundle app. It states that my bundle is sold out. Obviously that's not true. How can this be fixed? is there a way to synch my inventory to the bundle app or from bundle to Shopify? Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
