So, I'm testing Shopify's Bundle App, and it seems to work great. However, there's a weird problem. I created and then made a Bundle active. I placed a test order, needed to fix something then went back to create another one and it said the bundle didn't exist.
I checked the product list and it had automatically changed itself from Active to Draft. I re-enabled the bundle, and it did this again.
Right now the bundle contains 3 of a physical item and 2 digital add ons.
Has anyone experienced products auto-setting to Draft? I feel like I'm missing some larger setting.

Weird, I’m dealing with this issue too. Had anyone found a solution yet?
Following up to say there’s still no fix for us. We just have to keep an eye on it unfortunately. We replace the bundle with a new one each week. Plenty of times we have no issues. But other times it’s very frustrating.
One work around might be to make a new bundle.

I got the response from Shopify Support. They said sometimes it helps to recreate the bundle product. This worked for us 🙂
Is the issue still happening? My bundle app also has the same issue. I wonder if it's related to the cart transformation API. It powers Shopify bundles app and my app. Did you fail any item in the eligibility requirements?
