Shopify Bundles - can't also use Shopify Variants

We received a full list of products and their SKU numbers for our Shopify migration. However, we have just been informed that a large number of these products don't actually have a "real" SKU number.  

For example:

• we sell Product 1 which is a single item
• we sell Product 1a which is a pack of 7 of Product 1
• we sell Product 1b which is a pack of 10 of Product 1

We were given a SKU code for each of these 3 options but we have just found out that in fact we only have a live SKU for Product 1 and then 1a and 1b are virtual SKUs to inform our fulfilment provider of the number of items. 

The obvious solution is to use Shopify's bundle app where we can create product 1a and 1b based on the SKU for product 1. HOWEVER, when we do this, the ability to add variants to the page disappears and this is the functionality we were using to show the different product options (pack sizes) available for purchase.

By using Shopify bundles app we will be forced to create an individual PDP for each bundle we create e.g. 

• PDP for Product 1
• PDP for Product 1a
• PDP for Product 1b

Even though the content is exactly the same and will create essentially duplicate pages.

Does anyone know of any apps which can resolve this issue?

Then whether customers purchase 1, 1a or 1b, the stocks will be deducted directly to Product 1 -> so it will not affect your fulfillment provider.

1. Set Up Bundle Groups: Use the app to create Bundle groups that connect your Base product (single item) with your other products (pack of 7, pack of 10). For example, if you have 3 products (Single item, pack of 7, pack of 10), create 2 bundle groups (the single item is not needed because it is the Base product) . Here’s how to set up a bundle group for "pack of 7":

• Master Product: "pack of 7"
• Component Product: The Base product (single item), with the Quantity per Bundle set to 7

2. Repeat this setup for your other variants.

3. How It Works:

• The inventory for each variant will be automatically calculated based on the Base product’s inventory.
• When a variant is purchased (e.g., "pack of 7"), the Base product inventory will be reduced by the corresponding amount. The app will then recalculate the available quantities for all variants based on the updated Base product inventory, ensuring accurate inventory tracking.
