Shopify can't seem to connect with Mailchimp account

I've been trying to integrate the Mailchimp app with my Shopify store. However, in the second stage, upon clicking on "Connect" nothing happens. It seems there's supposed to be a pop-up but it's a deadlink. I don't have a pop-up blocker activated for Shopify and I've tried logging out and back in again but the same problem persists. 

Please advise on how best to go about this, thank you!
