Shopify cannot apply for public distribution review

Hello everyone!
I've created a Shopify app to connect my website with it, I've already received a few reviews with different comments. However, after the last one, I can't apply for a review because the button is disabled.

If I understand correctly I need to pass a few "Technical criteria" but according to this message("Checked daily around 17:00 UTC") I think that they will run automatically.

I have been waiting for a week, but it still has the same problem.

Can somebody help me how to apply for a review in his case or what I miss?
