I closed my store for few hours & I reopened now & since then the "shopify chat" sales channel always shows a weird error message. I don't know why it's in french but it says "Shopify.okta.com is blocked. Shopify.okta.com doesn't authorize this connection" what's the issue here?
That is strange indeed. Have you already tried using a different browser or an incognito/private browsing tab to check if it's working there? Let me know if it's working in either of those. Cheers.
Thanks for trying that - if it's working on your phone then it may be a localized issue. Did you clear your computer browser's cache and try again?
