Hi there,
I really enjoy using the Shopify Chat-app. However, when a new visitor comes to our online store, the chat bubble keeps showing a red (1)-notification although there was not interaction with the chat. There is also no message for the visitor waiting, only the FAQs.
It looks like this:
I'm wondering if there is any chance to get rid of the initial (1)-notification as this distracts users (especially on mobile).
