shopify chat overlapping installed app, how to place chat above icon.

I have installed apps and it is showed on the lower right section of my store. Same place where shopify chat button is now and they are overlapping. How do i change the placement of the shopify chat?

You can change the placement of the chat widget through the chat settings for Shopify Inbox, and the widget can be moved to the left or right side of your store. You can also consider changing the widget to a smaller chat icon if this is something you prefer. I've taken a look at your store (deef9e.myshopify.com) and it looks like you haven't added any products yet. What kinds of products are you looking to sell? Do you have a marketing plan prepared for your store?

I'm afraid there isn't a way to modify the size of the chat icon widget further at this time. However, I'd be happy to share your suggestion with our development team for future considerations. If Shopify moves forward with any changes to Shopify Inbox, we'll be sure to announce them on the Shopify Changelog.

 

I'd love to hear more about your business and experience so far! What kinds of products are you selling? How is the smaller online chat icon impacting your business at the moment?

Thanks for the useful information. 

I would like to understand if we’ve already chosen the smaller chat icon widget, is it possible to further modify the size of the widget to an even smaller size (edit the code or something else)?
