Shopify cli - shopify generate billing was not found

Hi guys,

I'm new and trying to add billing to my channel app

I installed shopify-cli and try to use these commands

shopify app generate billing

[output]
Suite of commands for developing apps. See shopify app <command> --help for usage of each command.
  Usage: shopify app [ connect | create | deploy | open | serve | tunnel ]

or

shopify generate billing

[oputput]
shopify generate was not found

My shopify cli version: 2.16.1

None of them works on my side and I have no idea how to get the correct comand.

Could you please help?
