Shopify Collabs - How to edit a sale to give an affiliate credit

We have an affiliate who is doing a great job, but some of his followers fail to use his link or discount code. How can I edit the sale to give him credit? I can pay outside of Collabs, but it seems like this should be an option within Collabs, in order to keep good records of activity and program success. Thanks.
