Our site uses the "collective" to connect to our partner brands. It's been working great for sometime. However the last few days the Suppliers are unable to see our sales. We are all still connected as inventory is updated, and new products have been synced, but anytime we make a sale, it's not showing up on their dashboard. And for the life of me I can' figure out why.. And I'm struggling to get support from shopify except the AI bot and it's running me in circles. Any suggestions would be appreciated.. Thank you in advance!
We're currently having the same issue, hopefully it is an internal issue and they fix it promptly
Also facing the same issue, orders are not reaching the supplier side for the past day or two. Would love to see a fix.
Are the orders showing as "requested" on the retailer end?
I am having the same issue. They show as requested but there's no option to cancel via the 3 little dots.
they are not showing anything. Inventory connections seem to work. But the suppliers can not see any sales.
Were you able to figure out the issue?
as of this message I have not and I was on a chat for about 45 mins last night with support. They had to move it up the line to someone else. I'm still waiting.
Same here. I was able to figure out that if a retailer creates an order and then discounts it 100% so the price is $0.00, it will move through the process so guessing it has something to do with financials or taxes.
Also received this:
I am re-indexing your store on my end and this seems to be a glitch. This re-indexing process will take 4 to 24 hours to complete the process
The re-indexing was done to our store more than 24 hours ago and does not seem to fix the "glitch"
But let me try to do this again.

interesting.. I wonder if they had some kind of update that may have set all of this off? It's honestly been working fantastic for a while now.. I hope the fix comes soon, kinda puts a strain on the relationships and extra work.
One of the orders for us just came in, seems to be a sync delay and it can take up to 72 hours from what I was told
All of ours just hit as well. Geez, what a buzz kill...
still nothing for us.. And no response from Shopify..
Still no solution to this.. Shopify even closed my ticket so I reopened it and got the response that others were having the same issue and they were working on it.. My entire website is connected to eight (8) other brands using the collective. Heck I have new brands that are on shopify wanting to come on, but can't due to this issue.
