Shopify Connector is showing Connection Lost

I've been trying to use the QuickBooks Connector app to sync QuickBooks Desktop with Shopify. Initially it worked, and it started syncing. But it stopped after only a few data transfers and has been saying Connection Lost on the QuickBooks Desktop Shopify Connector App since then. Under the Action field there is no option to reconnect. It just says view or transfer app. Not one of the troubleshooting steps from Shopify support has worked. They have even looked at my QuickBook logs. Yes I am in Single User Mode, Run as Admin is deactivated, QB Desktop has been updated, The Realm ID matches, Tax Settings have been set, I have restarted all programs and computers several times. Has anyone had this issue and found a solution? Shopify Support keeps telling me they are looking into a solution but I am not getting a response from anyone.
