Shopify cookie banner does not work / Shopify support does not respond (meanwhile 72 h waiting time)

Since last weekend I have the problem that the Shopify app of the cookie banner no longer works correctly and the data protection is violated.

It seems to be a problem with the language assignment and the translations (Translate&Adapt from Shopify).

The preview works without problems, but the live version of the website has issues.

I've been put off all week and if I don't chase up myself, I don't get any feedback from the support team.

I get the feeling that the customer is being put off until they drop the case on their own - but I can't do that because of the data protection issue.

Does anyone else have problems like this?

Is there an admin who can do something from here?
