Could you explain what loading issues you're having a little more for me, please? Have you successfully downloaded the app but are unable to open it? Or can you not download it at all?
If you're not using Google Chrome, I highly recommend that you do as that delivers the best Shopify experience for you as a store owner. There's more on that here. Also, you may want to make sure that your cache and cookies aren't affecting the normal performance of your browser, so the guide I linked above will also walk you through clearing your cache.
And it goes without saying that you need to have a solid internet connection so that everything loads successfully and doesn't time out because the connection is too weak!
