Shopify doesn't trigger "Payment Session URL"

Hello everyone, 

We are developing a "Payments app" for our Shopify Merchants. We are still developing and adding features to our app but while we would like to test our app by clicking "Complete Checkout" on the Development Store, Shopify does not trigger the Payment Session URL that is defined by us. 
We changed the URL several times, we saved the extension as a Draft. We published the extension and get an approval. None of them works. 

I believe it's directly about Shopify's internal system. But Support team are not able to help me. I need someone form Tech team to review this issue. 

Could you please help? 

P.S.: It was being triggered until Saturday afternoon (GMT+3) then it stopped working.
