Though being skeptical at first, I tried the app and personally found it try-worthy.

Nice slide. I tried the unsubscribe link and it doesn't seem to work. What if the customers want to opt out of the email list, do you have any idea?

I didn't see a way to create an unsubscribe link from the Shopify Customer page too.

Hi there, I am new to shopify and I'm trying to figure out as much as I can before launching my store. I was wondering how do you go about replying to customers emails? I have my shop email forwarded to my personal email but if I need to reply it sends it to the "customer" from my personal email address. If I download shopify email will I be able to reply from my shop email or is shopify email just to send out marketing ads? I hope what I'm asking makes sense. Thank you!

Hello my shopify account is still showing that my email marketing is blocked. I called the phone number but it refers me back to the community for support and to chat. What do I do? Please help!

thank you for this nice slideshow. It gives a good overview about the new email app.
But, how do I import external lists? I have a recipient list hosted on mailchimp and since I'd like to have everything in one place I'd like to import them into shopify.
I guess I have to import those contacts as customers and maybe tag them appropriate. But what happens to those customers that are on the list AND already customers in my shopify shop.
BTW: How had that bad idea of naming this app "shopify email"?
The slideshow was great thank you 🙂 is there a way to save the email templates once you have modified them to use for several future campaigns, without having to modify the fonts/colours/logo etc each time?

Hi, I'm getting a message that 'Shopify email is blocked from your store' - even though I was able to use it earlier, and I'm paying my monthly bill.

Hi, do the suppliers remove their company logo and company name on the product and the packaging of the product or do they just send it and my customer sees the name of the supplier ?
